⚖️ Purchase Terms & Rules

Please read these terms carefully before completing your transaction. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms listed below.

🚫 1. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We will not issue refunds if a player is permanently banned from the community for violating the rules governing:

• The Shade City Roleplay Server

• Our Official Discord Server

• The Tebex platform's Terms of Service

• Twitch Terms of Service

Note: Any ban resulting from a serious or repeated rule-break is considered final.

⚠️ 2. Unique Item Forfeiture

If you are permanently banned for a severe rule-break (one with no appeal option) and own a unique, one-of-a-kind asset (e.g., a custom vehicle or MLO), you will forfeit ownership of that item. Management reserves the right to make the forfeited asset available for re-sale in the store.

🔄 3. Server Wipe Events

In the unusual event of a full server wipe:

• Assets, vehicles, or perks obtained through your donations will not automatically carry over to the new server database.

• We will make a specific announcement if any items or a portion of items will be carried over.

⏳ 4. Inactivity & Asset Resale

We invest significant resources into managing and tracking unique assets. Therefore:

• Inactivity: If a player is inactive for more than 60 days without notifying staff via a support ticket.

• Departure: If a player has clearly indicated they have "quit" or "left" the community.

Management reserves the right to reclaim and re-sell the purchased asset.
